The Architecture
Warm brick, deep reveals, a skyline made for the west side.
Woods Bagot's design draws on the masonry of the mills and warehouses that shaped this part of Leeds, stepping up across three buildings with ground-floor commercial space at the north-east corner of the site.

Heritage
Shaped by movement and making
The Leeds and Liverpool Canal, the River Aire and the arrival of the railway established west Leeds as a place of production, transport and trade. By the late nineteenth century, terraced streets stood on this site, housing people close to the mills and railway.
Those homes were cleared after the Second World War. Wellington Works brings residential life back, writing a new chapter in a place that has been evolving for generations.
